It was with great pleasure that I accepted the Real Estate and Architecture Award 2024 in the Interior Design category for my feel-good living project on Lake Tegernsee. Many thanks to the jury for the positive evaluation. Special thanks go to the partners and craft businesses, without whom the high-quality and smooth execution of this project would not have been possible!
The jury describes this project as extraordinary and contemporary and clearly recognized the connection to the Tegernsee region. This project reflects the values that discerning customers are looking for: exclusive interior design, a finely coordinated color concept and a well-thought-out living experience that captures the atmosphere of the surrounding area. From sustainable, regional materials to energy-efficient lighting design - every detail is carefully planned and coordinated to meet the highest demands of my customers.
MODERN ELEGANCE IN CONNECTION WITH REGIONALITY
It was emphasized that the design of the apartment fits seamlessly into the Bavarian mountain landscape without sacrificing modernity. That was particularly important to me in this project! The subtle colors and the use of high-quality textiles complement the natural feeling of space.

Controlled living space ventilation and an energy-efficient lighting concept tailored to the room design are not only aesthetic, but also environmentally friendly.
ELEGANT AESTHETICS AND SUSTAINABLE QUALITY
The focus of this project is the harmonious combination of aesthetics and functionality. The use of local oak wood and fine European natural stones such as Carrara marble gives the rooms a unique depth and calm appearance.
